  • A proper system can help you achieve a repeatable and predictable client transformation journey.
  • Split the different pieces of your client transformation journey into smaller content such as online courses, masterminds, “done with you”, workshops, masterclasses.
  • Treat “sales conversations” as a meaningful conversation to determine what value you can add and whether you are a good fit for one another.
  • When pitching to be a guest on someone’s podcast, be clear about the value you can add to that audience. Make it easy for the host! Try a personalised video.

  1. 1 thing to be more innovative – Detach yourself from the need to always win and accept failure as a natural process of production.
  2. Best thing for new ideas – Give permission to step away and take time off. Use those moments to be present, observe and allow new information to come in.
  3. Favourite resource – Podcasts.
  4. Keep project/client on track – Accountability and implementation. Use a good project management software with good systems.
  5. Differentiate – Take the thing you don’t think to talk about, that comes naturally to you and make that the centerpiece.

Action

Identify the thing that makes you unique and special and make that the hero. Tell everyone about that. Talk to 10 business collegues and ask them what they like about you.
