This includes tasks like generating transcripts, suggesting titles, summarising research, or exploring different ways to phrase an idea. This allows me to dedicate more of my energy to what truly matters: hosting deep conversations, analysing complex patterns, and mentoring my clients.
• Unwavering Integrity. The voice you hear on the podcast, the strategic questions I ask, and the "Connective Curiosity" that guides every conversation are entirely my own. I am committed to transparency in my work and believe that trust is foundational to every relationship I build, which is a direct reflection of my value of Honesty/Integrity.

Why have an AI Policy? My work is built on trust and authentic conversation. In keeping with my core values of Honesty and Integrity, this policy is an act of transparency. It allows my community, clients, and guests to understand exactly how I am leveraging new technology to better serve them.

So, you do use AI in your business? Yes. I see generative AI as a "magical code playground" and a powerful tool. My philosophy is to use it to deepen and enhance the human aspects of my work , never to supplant them.

Are your podcasts or articles written by AI? No. While an AI might help me generate a transcript or summarise a complex article to accelerate my research or extract key insights, it does not write my content. The final insights, the questions I ask my guests, and the stories I share are all products of my own experience, expertise, and my superpower: Connective Curiosity.

How exactly do you use it? I use AI to handle parts of the process that are time-intensive, which in turn frees me up to focus on the irreplaceable human skills that are the entire point of my work. This includes creating audio transcriptions, performing initial analysis of transcripts to spot recurring themes, summarising background research, and brainstorming potential titles or discussion angles. The strategic and creative work of rapport-building , active listening, and hosting the conversation remains entirely human.
